Preston Rowe Patterson is one of Australia's largest commercial and valuation companies, we met them through a mutual business associate. They asked us to value some IP for them, nine months later we had invested into their vision by providing development resources and funding capital to build a leading home valuation system.
Petrest was a small business with a lot of ambition when we first met them, working closely with them we delivered on their dream of a mobile field management system and an online system to help streamline ordering. The completed system increased productivity and improved customer satisfaction. The IP was recently valued at $800,000 during a trade sale.
SHHHH cant say to much, we are hard at work on this for a household media name. We should be able to tell all very soon so we are very excited about this opportunity and how we will be changing this space.
